Edging Finishes

We manufacture our rugs in Sydney from imported woven carpet materials using a variety of edging finishes.  These include the classic bound-edge finish, in which a fabric binding of your choice is stitched to all four sides; a turn-and-stick finish, where the carpet is folded back under itself on each side; and self-border  in which an extra piece of woven carpet is glued to the top of each edge of the rug to create a frame-like appearance.

Some products are suitable for an overlocked finish in which a cotton thread is stitched around the very perimeter of the rug.

We stock hundreds of ready-made bound edge rugs in our galleries - all of which are available for purchase through the website here.

  We also manufacture custom-sized rugs with your choice of finish, typically with a 2 week turn around.  Feel free to challenge us with custom shapes.  Circular, semi circular, elliptical, trapezoidal?  Custom fitted to a boat?  Indoor/Outdoor?  You dream it up, we'll make it happen.
